The main advantage of the woven fabric is a stable structure, flat fabric, draping generally does not appear when the draping phenomenon, suitable for a variety of cutting methods. Woven fabrics are suitable for a variety of printing and dyeing finishing methods, in general, printing and jacquard pattern than knitted fabrics, knitting and felt fabrics more fine. Weft satin fabric surface mostly covered by weft yarn floating long, in order to highlight the effect of weft yarn, warp tightness must be less than the weft tightness, general warp, weft tightness ratio of about 2:3, such as horizontal tribute satin.

In order to make the satin fabric soft, commonly used yarn with less flick. The yarn flick to the satin fabric appearance effect has some influence. Warp satin warp yarn or weft satin weft yarn on the surface of the fabric twist direction and the same direction of the fabric tissue, the fabric surface luster is good, such as horizontal satin.
